Step One.
Deactivate all plugins that aren't required in order for the problem to be visible. If you're using a page builder, this means you should leave the page builder active and deactivate all other plugins.
Step Two.
Switch to a default, unmodified WordPress theme. If a specific, non-default theme must be active in order to see the problem, you can skip this step.
Step Three.
Perform the same actions that resulted in the error before. Does it still happen?
There's still work to do!
You just ruled out a plugin or theme conflict.
Since something is still broken, you should leave your site in its current state and continue troubleshooting to identify the problem.
